Commissioner and Staff

Laura Bradbury is the Fair Practices commissioner. A lawyer by profession, Ms Bradbury has a background at Ombudsman Ontario and as a neutral adjudicator in workplace safety and insurance matters at the tribunal level in Ontario and British Columbia. As commissioner, she reports directly to the WSIB board of directors through the chair.

Tom Irvine is the Deputy Fair Practices commissioner.  Mr. Irvine has over
20 years of Ombudsman experience including having served as the manager of
the Ombudsman program at Ontario Power Generation as well as team leader
and investigator at Ombudsman Ontario.

The staff consists of Fair Practices specialists and intake and administrative staff located in Toronto.
