The Commission aims to be accessible and responsive. If you have
a complaint about our office, we want to be sure we address your
concern.
If you are concerned about how the Commission treated you or about
how we handled a matter, contact the staff person you have been
dealing with. Sometimes the discussion will resolve the issue.
If you are not satisfied, you can write to the commissioner, with
details.
If you are still unhappy, you can think about contacting Ombudsman
Ontario.
