Fair Practices Commission Annual Report

The Commission’s 2008 Annual Report is now available. The report outlines the Commission’s activities for the period between January 1, 2008, and December 31, 2008. Copies have been mailed to stakeholders, legal clinics, representatives, the Ministry of Labour, Members of the Legislature, and agencies involved in workers’ compensation matters.

Case Summaries

In August 2004, the Commission added case summaries to the web site. The Case Summaries highlight the types of issues the Commission receives and the outcomes. The Case Summaries are organized under the following Administrative Fairness Categories.

If you would like to bring a concern to the Fair Practices Commission, please review the Guide (PDF Format). If you want to put your concerns in writing, just print a copy of the form, complete it and send it to us by fax or mail.
