How to Make a Complaint

and read the complaint guide.
Then, you can fill out the complaint form, sign it and fax or mail
it to the Commission.
Or, you can call us and we will take
the details of your complaint over the phone.
We cannot take complaints by e-mail because of privacy concerns.
What happens when you call
- We listen to you.
- We may direct you to the right WSIB staff to help resolve your
complaint.
- We may make inquiries about your complaint.
- We may work with WSIB staff to resolve the issue, if it’s
about fairness.
- We may refer you to another resource, if we’re not the
right office to help you.
