Fair Practices Commission Charter Document

On March 4, 2004, the Board of Directors of the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board approved the Charter Document (PDF Format) for the Fair Practices Commission. The Charter describes the features of the Commission including its role and mandate, its core qualities and its authority to establish practices and procedures.
